Hardik has an MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has managed and led several large management consulting engagements in the US. Hardik's strengths are in project management, data analysis and business process analysis and Business Process Improvement (BPI). He has a strong background in critical analysis, defining process flows and performance metrics and establishing management and reporting controls. Hardik's clients include companies such as J.D. Edwards and Texas Transportation Institute.

In addition to Hardik's US education and consulting experience, he has considerable country knowledge regarding doing business in India and in navigating through complex regulatory and compliance related requirements. He also has offshore consulting experience in India while working as a Business Analyst for Tata Infotech, a leading offshore IT consulting firm.
