What Guarantee do you provide?
Searce provides a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee using a pilot implementation for cosourcing engagements in many industries. Use our cosourcing services for a period of 1 full month and pay us only if you are completely satisfied that this will work for you and will meet your expectations. We don't know of any other outsourcing company that makes such a confident claim.

What criteria do you use in choosing our resources?
Besides the candidate qualifications that you provide, quality is our primary criteria. We also select candidates based upon culture-fit as well as your long term and short term needs. Our Transition Manager ensures the alignment of resources to your organization's strategic needs.

Do I get to choose my resources?
Yes, absolutely. In fact that is one of the advantages in cosourcing with Searce. You get to choose the quality of your resources and to interview candidates to determine if they fit your desired profile.

You decide how involved you want to be in choosing your resources. You have the choice to let us interview and choose your resources on your behalf without getting involved in the hiring process altogether.

If I need to add resources, how soon can you provide additional resources?
Our average turnaround time for locating resources is 2-3 weeks for most industries. While we attempt to accommodate urgent replacement requests, our emphasis remains on the quality of the candidate.

Will you replace a resource if we so desire? What will it cost us to make such a replacement?
We will replace any of your resources upon your request. Your resources are an extension of your employees and the same consideration is given to replacing your resources as is for replacing your local employees. Searce aims at minimizing the impact of employee replacement to your work and provides replacements at approximately 50% of the amount it costs you to replace a local employee.

How do you ensure a smooth transition?
Searce provides a Transition Manager (TM) who works closely with you and your team to identify and document your requirements for your resources as well as for the business functions to be outsourced. In addition to this, the TM also gathers tacit information such as your short term and long term business strategy and vision. All this information is synthesized, documented and communicated by the transition manager to the offshore team. Our outsourcing methodology clearly outlines any discrepancies at an early stage and ensures that all stakeholders are in alignment.

Do we need to change our processes and systems?
There is no need for you to change your existing processes. However, after understanding your current processes, we might suggest you to redesign some of your business processes to exploit automation and take full advantage of the new environment’s potential. Study shows that transforming business processes as a part of your offshore strategy can release massive new revenue opportunities – even more valuable than the obvious labor cost savings that come with offshoring.

What are the time and resource commitments for managing our remote office resources?
Every firm has different needs. We let you decide the extent to which you would like to manage your resources. Our Transition Manager will work with you to figure out the optimal cost/quality point for managing your resources. Adjustments may be made in real-time to suite your needs.

What are your payment terms?
We will present you with a consolidated invoice every two weeks for all your resources. We allow a 7 day payment period from the date of receipt of invoice.
