Hardik has an MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has an undergrad degree in Mechanical Engineering from LDCE, Ahmedabad. He has managed and led several large management consulting and business process improvement engagements for various entities in the US and UK. Hardik's strengths are in project management, process & IT analytics, business process analysis and Business Process Improvement (BPI). He has a strong background in critical analysis, defining process flows and performance metrics and establishing management and reporting controls.

Satish is a very quick learner with excellent analytical skills. He has a strong IT application experience spanning over 10 years in various roles.
Satish completed his MCA from Saurashtra University followed by a Masters in Information Technology from LCC. . He has 3 years of teaching experience as an IT professor which makes him an exceptionally good mentor. He has demonstrated phenomenal success in fixing any business problem by leveraging the use of IT – be it in any technology, language or domain.
His biggest strength is his quick understanding of the business situations and his ability to leverage deep insight into multiple software platforms which helps him come up with an accurate analysis and an optimum solution to critical business challenges.
Ami Parekh

As the CFO, Ami provides financial direction, control and oversight to Searce. Ami has over 10 years of experience in working with various accounting softwares for financial reporting and MIS. She also carries over 5 years of UK accounting experience working as a Business Process Outsourcing Manager.
Ami is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary(highest qualification in the Company Law & Legal compliance matters) by qualification.
A rank holder(one of the Top 25 Rankers in India ) in her academic endeavors, Ami brings rich experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting, Compliance Assurance, MIS reporting and company law.
Ekta Ganguly

Ekta has over 13 years of experience in managing IT resources including developing business software solutions and solving complex business problems. She has expertise in customized application software development as a developer, manager and a software architect and has an in-depth knowledge and systems analysis experience over a wide variety of domains. She is proficient in web development using ASP.net, HTML, VBScript, Visual Basic, and Adobe Photoshop. She has led initiatives to streamline business operations at various organizations she has been a part of and has played a leadership role in academy-wide initiatives including accreditation and industrial certification. Prior to joining the fun life at Searce, she was the head of the Computer Science department at Christ College (with 2000+ students) and served as a subject matter expert on Computer Science.
Ekta holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering with 2nd rank in the University. At Searce, she manages the generation of business process requirements, IT application support management and IT resource management. She knows how to get the best out of her team and has excellent time management skills.
Pradeep Pavithran

Pradeep is responsible for leading the Business Development initiative of Searce. Pradeep brings in over 10 years of experience in business solutions and building relationships with mid to large enterprises and local market leaders in various industry verticals. Before joining Searce, he was involved in setting up a consulting firm offering IT resources to enterprises. Prior to that he was associated with The Times Of India group, for their internet initiatives. He is a keen listener and very enthusiastic about finding the right solutions. He can empathize well and has an inherent ability to develop enduring business relationships.
Pradeep holds a MBA degree specializing in Marketing and Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from University of Pune.
Gunajit Haloi

Gunajit is a good leader and an able administrator, who leads by example. He is very passionate about his work and leads from the front infusing colleagues with spirit and dynamism.
Gunajit did his Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from IIT Madras and went on to complete his MBA from IIM Calcutta specializing in Strategy and Operations. He has a rich experience in business process management in companies like Tech Mahindra. He was handling the Program Management Office for the Barcelona Account which is a 'Billion Dollar’ IT and process management engagement with British Telecom. His main strengths are business process development, improvement and analysis.
Apart from work he is also an avid reader and sportsman. He holds a Grade an Intermediate level certificate in Rock Climbing with special mention as Best Team Leader. He is quite interested in science fiction and modern mythology and enjoys strategy games.

Priya is the HR interface of Searce and is responsible for the employee development policies. She has over 4 years of excellent exposure in dealing with people from cross-cultural backgrounds. She's a die hard optimist, always full of energy and is actively working to improve the employee experience at Searce. She also works in association with the functional leads to identify and recruit the right talent. She has exceptional people and listening skills that connects her well with the employees.
She has an MBA degree in HR and Masters degree in Science from University of Pune.
