Process Analytics

A process is a logical series of related transactions that converts input to results or output. Any operation is composed of processes designed to add value by transforming inputs into useful outputs. Inputs may be materials, labor, energy, and capital equipment. Outputs may be a physical product, possibly used as an input to another process or a service. Processes can have a significant impact on the performance of a business, and process improvement can improve a firm's competitiveness.

Searce provides exclusive business process analytics. The process we consider as business process can be defined as a chain of logical connected, repetitive activities that utilize our client's resources to refine an object for the purpose of achieving specified and measurable results or products for internal or external customers. Searce analyzes processes, understands activities, their relationships, and values of relevant metrics for each process. We transfer our analysis to our clients. Analysis is done using tools varying from process flow diagram to bottle neck identification. We focus on metrics related to cost, quality, flexibility and speed during the analysis phase. Some of the reasons a client would seek our services would be to achieve reduction in lead times, increase in process capacity, reduction in costs and greater flexibility.

Searce provides complete business process analysis in multiple verticals.
