Cancellation & Refund Policy

Updated November 11, 2025

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to any online payments and transactions done with Searce for all services and subscriptions provided by Searce directly or as a reseller of cloud services. This policy is subject to Searce Terms of Service (TOS), and any specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) or any other contract executed with us (together referred to as the "Agreement"). By making a purchase or availing our services, you agree to be bound by the Agreement, the applicable Cloud Service Provider terms of service ("CSP Terms"), and this Policy.

All fees are non-refundable. If you believe your account warrants an exception, submit a request for cancellation, subscription changes, or refunds in writing to your dedicated Account Manager or our support team at client.operations@searce.com.

  1. Introduction

This policy covers the terms for cancellation and refunds applicable to:

    (a) cloud subscription and services provided by Searce as a reseller of third-party Cloud Service Provider (CSPs) such as Google Cloud, AWS ("Resell Services").
    (b) services provided by Searce directly such as data migration, cloud utilization consulting, application development, and AI implementation ("Searce Services").

Duration & Governing Terms Resell Services and Searce Services are typically purchased under Pay-As-You-Go/Monthly or Fixed/Committed contract terms defined in your Agreement with Searce.
This Agreement defines the term, deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones. This Agreement is the primary governing document for Resell Services and Searce Services.
Cancellation & Refunds All fees for consumed cloud usage, committed spend, and software licenses are non-refundable. This includes any charges incurred before a cancellation request is processed. Our refund policy is determined by the underlying third-party CSP Terms.
Refunds for Searce services are generally not refundable, as our fees cover the time, resources, expertise, and intellectual property expended by our team.
    Effect of Cancellation
    (Pay-As-You-Go/Monthly Payment Terms)
If you cancel a Pay-As-You-Go service, billing will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not applicable for the current month's usage.
    Effect of Cancellation
(Fixed / Committed / Milestone based Payment Terms)
Fixed and Committed contracts are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You are responsible for the minimum commitment and true-up for the commitment term, even if usage is reduced or terminated before the end of the contract terms (as stipulated in applicable your Agreement with us).

If you cancel a project before completion, you are responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of such cancellation effective date.

If you believe a payment milestone was not met, you must notify your Account Manager in writing within 10 days (unless otherwise agreed in your Agreement with Searce) of the invoice date, detailing the specific unmet deliverable. We will work in good faith to correct the deficiency. Failure to dispute within the aforementioned timeline constitutes acceptance of the milestone.
  2. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
We require you to use the formal notification procedures outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to challenge any chargeback filed with a bank or any financial institution that was not preceded by a written cancellation or refund request to Searce. By accepting our services, you agree to first contact us to resolve any payment discrepancy.

  3. Conflict

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among the following documents, the order of precedence shall be: (i) any Agreement entered into between you (the customer) and Searce (ii) this Policy.
