Searce ("we", "our" or "us") operates FindMyFeildForce (hereinafter referred as the "Services") respects your privacy and is committed towards protecting your personal information.   • Register with Searce to become a customer, this includes information provided for the creation of an Administrator account and User account;

  • Use any of our services provided, including when you use a mobile device equipped with one of our services;

  • Request information about our services from us or from another company through which our services are offered; and

  • Activate your device to enable location tracking, the information collected here is Tracked data.


By doing any of the above stated, you assent to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not engage in any of these activities.

Personal Information Collected

We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, provide profile information, request information about our services, or use our services. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WIFI, or wireless network triangulation to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our service. We collect the location of your designated "Places" to provide alerts when a user arrives at a given destination and leaves the destination. If you turn off location sharing, we will not share your location; however, while you are logged in to your account, we will continue to collect your location information in order to provide the Service.

The detail(s) of task, location(s) to visit, client details, and digital document or files shared with the User by the Administrator/Manager with respect to one or more designated tasks are securely collected by us to enable safe transmittal of data/files with one or more Users and Customer and Clients and collaboration among the one or more Users and Administrator/ Manager.

Use of Data

Searce uses the collected data for various purposes:
  • To provide and maintain our Service

  • To notify you about changes to our Service

  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

  • To provide customer support

  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service

  • To monitor the usage of our Service
